Jungle Adventure With Mei

Our Winnie the Pooh inspired baby shower was in honor of our close friend, Mei.  Petite Production and Carolyn Chen from The Special Day put this adorable honey filled event together; incorporating Mei’s Malaysian roots and her love for the soft and cuddly Pooh Bear. Our tropical floral display helped to bring a little bit of Malaysia in to the Tranquil Tea Lounge.  Everything down to the cake, which was skillfully crafted by Filigree Cakes, created the perfect carefree afternoon for our soon to be very busy mommy.

Hello I have a very light blue dress and was wondering what types of flowers you would suggest for a corsage and boutonniere. I was thinking blue hydrangea and a white rose...? Thank you.

I would not suggest hydrangea for the corsage or boutonniere, it is to big for such a small accessory.  White phalaenopsis would be look so pretty with a light blue dress. You can do white phalaenopsis orchid paired with a rose or a couple of spray roses for the corsage. And a single white phalaenopsis orchid for the boutonniere.  I hope this helps, if you have any further questions please feel free to email us and we can give you some price quotes. :)

Summer Love with Julie and Daniel

Julie and Daniel had the perfect June day; vibrant, cheerful, happy and carefree.  Julie was so easy going and with Jeannie Savage from Details Details at the helm made it a stress free day.  Braedon Photography captured these beautiful photos of gorgeous peonies, garden roses, hydrangea, and spray roses in soft butter cream pale yellow. The Ritz Carlton of Laguna Niguel offered the most breathtaking view to walk down the aisle to, surrounded by their family and closest friends.  The cake table displayed a mixture of your favorite sweets and was a big hit, after all who does not love a table full of cakes and cookies.

Timeless elegance with Janice and Boloji

This journey to the altar started back in high school; Janice and Boloji have seen each other mature from a young age to adult hood. Nobody ever knows where their life will lead them, but for these two it lead them right to the altar.  For this perfect couple their future as one began the day they stood in front of their family and friends and became man and wife.  Their wedding design was timeless and elegant which was a perfect match for our young love birds.  This breath taking wedding could not have happen without the help of the fabulous Montage in Laguna Beach, CA and the incredible skills of Jeannie Savage from Details Details.   We also have to give credit to the talented eye of Joe Latter for his superb photography.

Pretty in pink with Sera

This lovely vision of pink is from a very special little girl’s first birthday.   Our guest of honor, Sera, celebrated her one year in style.  With a strong Korean back ground her parents wanted to display their heritage, customs, and traditions with also keeping it fun and girly.  From the simply scrumptious cherry blossom trees with hanging globes filled with flower blooms to the playful birthday table featuring Sera’s very own flower display; this could not have been a better way to celebrate the first year of the little princess.

Summer Love with Gauree and Rama

Summer time is a season of love and our couple Guree and Rama is a perfect example of one of life’s greatest gifts, true love.   Our next wedding was inspired by the beautiful bright colors of our bride and groom’s traditional Hindu culture.   The vast array of summer flowers provided the perfect color pallet for this outdoor wedding, also complimenting the couple and their families dressed in the traditional sari and sherwani.   Our bride and groom could not have chosen a more perfect summer pallet of pinks, greens and oranges in a selection of roses, hydrangea, mokara orchids, and dahlias beautifully arranged for the big day.  We hope these pictures brighten your day and for our new brides maybe offer a little inspiration.

If you would like to see more pictures of Gauree and Rama we have been featured in the February 2011 edition of Ceremony Magazine. Thank you and have a wonderful Valentine’s Day.

Vintage Glam with Jill and Glenn

Our next wedding comes to you from the beautiful Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, California.   This vintage glam inspired wedding was a perfect match for our bride and groom.  With their own personal touches throughout the wedding and the beautiful colors infused in the floral centerpieces, table linen and candy station, one cannot help but simply adore this picture perfect setting. Our couple stepped out of the realm of your traditional white wedding and decided to go with color. From the personal flowers all the way to the reception flowers, the colorful pallet can not help but bring a smile to your face.  We hope you enjoy these pictures as much as we do.
